In November 2022, Tabitha completed the sale of our home in Taylorsville. She worked diligently and was in constant communication with us. In fact, the buyer and his agent turned into very difficult people to negotiate with. Tabitha did a great job after the buyer and agent accused her of not forwarding offers. She was 100% professional dealing with this buyer and agent. In addition, Tabitha took handled many details including inspections for us. We live out of state. Had it not been for Tabitha, I would not have accepted this buyer’s constant changes and complaints. The home sold for almost $1M. The buyer’s complaints represented $1,000. She is a true professional real estate agent. I would recommend Tabitha above all others I have engaged. This is the 19th home I have lived in. She is this best!

Tabitha was our realtor when we were selling our home. This was a very difficult time for us because we really didn't want to sell, it was a necessity to to my husband's declining health. Taking this into consideration Tabitha was very kind and sensitive to our feelings. She helped us every step of the way. She always checked in on us, gave us updates when necessary. She took a difficult situation and put our hearts at ease, my husband and I would both highly recommend Tabitha as your realtor she is very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does.

We met her through our realtor in Arizona, while we looking to move to North Carolina, she was very professional and friendly, she answered all our inquiries and was very patienter with us. She helped us find a beautiful home to move in and helped us sell it when we moved back to Arizona. We would recommend her to everyone looking for a realtor
